Position Title: Support Technician
Location: Montgomery, AL

Position Status: Long Term Contract (2nd shift)
 
Position Description:
Our client is looking for Support Technician candidates for a position located in Montgomery, Al. Candidate would be working 2nd shift.
 
Education Requirement:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field
  • Or equivalent work experience
 
Skills:
  • Typically has 1 to 2 years of IT work experience in computer systems or support with demonstrated working knowledge of basic hardware and software products and problem solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Install/Support Windows 7 computers/POS in ABC stores
  • Configure network connection and access to redirect folders
  • Reestablish access to Office 2010/2013 software suite and other applications as needed
  • Experience in conducting routine system maintenance tasks
  • Maintain and input in system maintenance logs
