Responsibilities:
Our Client in Richmond, VA is looking for an individual with exceptional communications skills to join the Homeownership Loan Servicing Division as a Customer Service Specialist.
  • Manage large number of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner 
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
  • Keep records of all conversations in our servicing system in a comprehensible way
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile 
The successful candidate must be customer focused. Significant years of experience in mortgage servicing utilizing the Black Knight/MSP servicing system is preferred. Essential competencies include strong judgement, analytical ability, adaptability and be mission driven. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
