MMEDIATE NEED! Must have an active Secret Clearance and a Security+ (Sec +) certification to be considered. If you do not have certification, must be able to attain one within 30 days after starting. This is a 6 months contract to hire opportunity with the possibility of an extension.
Our client is looking for a Deskside and Service Desk Technician to support our team in Arlington and/or Alexandria, VA.  This position is open only to candidates with an active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.  The Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing end user support relative to software, hardware, and network assistance. The Service Desk Analyst’s delivery is predicated on Tier 2 diagnostic experience and judgment as well as the application of pre-established workflow procedures and instructions to identify research and resolve technical problems. Additionally the Service Desk Analyst documents, tracks and monitors the incidents, and work orders to ensure a timely resolution.
