This role is responsible for developing and managing our new Dallas, TX  location. Due to our continued success and company growth, this opportunity will lead sales efforts as we expand our presence in Tampa. This role will be focused on meeting or exceeding the company’s financial performance projections through building and maintaining new clients. Specific duties and responsibilities are as follows:
  • Develop a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for a predefined territory
  • Develop client relationships with organizations in need of contract labor and staffing support
  • Manage client relationships to effectively deliver staffing support and capture business opportunities
  • Collaborate with recruiting manager and individual recruiters on service delivery efforts
  • Collaborate with Seneca Leadership on identify new sales professionals
  • Be prepared to coach / train new and existing sales professionals on industry best practices
  • Accompany sales staff on client meetings and participate in capabilities presentations
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions of client agreements
  • Manage contractors throughout engagements
  • Effectively resolve client/contractor/sales team issue
  • Prepare weekly / monthly production reports for Seneca leadership and participate in management meetings
  • Participate in developing proposals including contractor labor pricing
What YOU Have:
  • Outgoing and driven personality
  • Confident communicating and meeting with decision makers
  • 4+ years in a selling to new accounts within the staffing industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience documenting work in a CRM, preferably Bullhorn
  • Passion for success
  • Experience bringing in mid-size and large accounts
  • Top Performer background
  • Comfortable making cold calls and targeting new opportunities
