 We are searching for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our fantastic corporate recruiting team.   The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical, cyber, and corporate positions and as well as for proposals. In addition to recruiting, the recruiter will assist the team in continuing to build our image in the marketplace and participate in our outreach programs.
 Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform full-cycle recruiting and selection process for assigned positions
  • Build and maintain relationships with coworkers, managers, and company partners
  • Document activities in our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)
  • Develop a pipeline of candidates through various sourcing techniques (career fairs, online job boards, social networking sites, associations)
  • Answer general questions from candidates regarding benefits, policies, procedures and practices
  • Manage the interview process; communicate expectations, feedback, and status information to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the selection process
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
  • Manage the hiring process by working with the hiring managers and new hire stakeholders
  • Follow-up on a regular and consistent basis with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
  • Communicate with candidates and team members to promote the company brand and culture to build interest in the company
  • Maintain company’s professional reputation and confidentiality at all times
  • Perform miscellaneous functions and special projects as assigned
 Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Information Technology recruiting 
  • Minimum of 3 years recruiting for cleared positions (TS SCI, TS)
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience
  • Clear understanding of the full life cycle recruitment processes
  • Experience using an applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS
  • Must be detail and solution oriented with strong organization skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • AIRS certified preferred
  • ISO experience preferred
  • Government contracting experience preferred
  • As a contingency to employment all candidates who are given offers must successfully pass a full background investigation including criminal history, education and employment verifications
