Job Description:
  • Triage real-time, live video events occurring between 9pm and 9am on company property. Video alerts come in that are triggered through video analytics that detect potential individuals on the lot after the store is closed and store employees have left.
  • The Command Center Analyst must view the events, operate the camera system to determine whether the event is a false alarm or whether the individuals appear to have criminal intent (i.e. vandalism, mischief, theft of parts, attempted theft of vehicles).
  • The individual would work with the three other Command Center analyst who are working a station.
  • There is strong teamwork between the four people teams to ensure when an incident occurs, there is assistance. This would be where one of the Analyst would assist by calling the local police while another analyst pulls up the maps to provide additional information while the other Analyst maintains visual through the camera system.
  • Overnight hours at a corporate office, within an office with three Command Center Analysts, each at a station.
  • Office, long hours sitting (though a VariDesk is available to stand for portions) and viewing video monitors.
  • Ability to work overnight shift and stay attentive and alert the whole shift.
  • Law enforcement or retail Asset Protection/Loss Prevention experience is preferred.
  • College degree is preferred. I would consider Criminal Justice or equivalent degree in progress as well.
