Our expertise includes DoD policy, acquisition, systems engineering, financial management, Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), Department of Defense Air Force (DoDAF) architecture development, and program protection. We provide quantitative wargaming analysis, deployment schedule optimization, and scenario analysis to support resource allocation decisions, military operations, and joint training assessments.
 
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 12+ years of experience. 
• DoD acquisition system, Program Management, DoD processes, especially business processes, and PPBES process. 
• Must project a professional demeanor, have strong writing and oral communication skills, and have the ability to pro-actively work both independently and with personnel from multiple organizations. 
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Security Clearance: DoD Top Secret with SCI access. 

Desired 
• Familiarity with DoD nuclear weapon systems and capabilities, such as Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM), Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GSBD), Long Range Stand Off (LRSO) and Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile (SLBM) programs. 
• Experience in community-level working groups, committees, studies and speech and congressional testimony preparation. 
• 8+ years supporting DoD acquisitions/processes and 4+ years supporting nuclear weapon systems.
• Master’s degree.
Job Description:
Senior level analyst to provide on-site support to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (A&S) / Information & Integration Portfolio Management (I&I PM) Office. Particular focus will be serving as an expert acquisition portfolio advisor on the DoD nuclear weapon system enterprise with emphasis on strategic Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) and Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GSBD) issues pertaining to  DoD, including system acquisitions, warfighting capabilities, policy and programming.
