Position Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Birmingham, AL
Position Status: Direct Hire
 
Position Description:
Our client is looking for Technical Project Manager candidates for a position located in Birmingham, AL
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all Scrum Master Ceremonies and Artifacts
  • Track progress of team and effectively motivate them towards important goal        
  • Monitor and track key metrics related to various projects and programs
  • Communicates ideas and information in a form well matched to, and well received by, the audience
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Participate in all sprint ceremonies
Experience:
  • Knowledge and experience with modeling techniques and methods
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated history of working directly with cross-functional team
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and facilitating difficult conversations with various groups
  • 5-7 years of direct Project Management experience on increasingly complex projects
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Knowledge of and experience in an Agile environment using Scrum and Kanban principles
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence a plus
  • Ability to manage more than one project concurrently
