Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
  • Lead diverse teams across multiple engagements
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients
  • Analyze and document complex quantitative and qualitative datasets
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of project documentation (e.g. strategic plans, standard operating procedures, job aides)
  • Candidates must have executive level client-facing experience in the development and documentation of procedures and strategic planning initiatives
Required Skills:
  • CDC/federal government experience preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience in client-facing environments
  • Business and technical writing experience
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Experience leading strategic planning efforts
  • Experience leading process development and improvement efforts
  • Experience managing federal government engagements/contracts
  • Lean Six Sigma, Scrum Certification(s), PMP Certification
