We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant professional to support 2-3 high-level executives for a Fortune 500 company on a daily basis(40/hrs/week).  The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience supporting executives in a corporate environment, be a polished and energetic communicator and be able to work well as a part of a larger organization.  
 
Position Requirements:
  • Executive administrative assistant experience, included but not limited to:
  • Supporting 2-3 high-level executives on a daily basis
  • Managing calendars
  • Managing budget/invoices/ T&E
  • Scheduling department-wide meetings
