Primary Responsibilities:
  • Perform user access provisioning tasks (create, display, unlock/lock, remove, assign roles, change, etc.) in SAP ERP, BW, GRC.
  • Perform role administration tasks (display, create, delete, manually insert authorizations, create and display all users assigned to collective roles), create and manage role memberships as well as create and manage user and role attributes.
  • Creation, modification and utilization of master, derived, simple, and composite roles where applicable within the SAP Modules.
  • Collaboration with SAP Functional and Project teams during the design, implementation, and maintenance process.
  • Work with role management and compliance in testing the GRC Ruleset for any new T-Codes entering the SAP environment.
  • Maintain SAP security policies and documentation.
  • Follow policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Change Control, project management methodology, SOX controls.
  • Support SOX audits of SAP and segregation of duties by running reports and preparing audit-supporting evidence.
  • Develop, review and maintain security policies and standards for SAP operating systems.
  • Understanding of SAP security architecture and administration with a thorough knowledge of roles, profiles, authorization objects and SAP user management
  • SAP Security Implementation or Redesign
  • Segregation of Duties Remediation
  • SAP User Provisioning and Identity Management
  • SAP Automated Application Controls Design and Enhancement
  • SAP Audits using assessment tools
  • 3+ years in a similar role as an SAP Security Analyst supporting a medium to large corporation.
  • SAP Security administration including configuration, documenting, testing, training and monitoring audit compliance.
