Hours: Somewhat flexible, 7:45 AM- 9 AM start time
Position Description:
Our client is looking for Sr. Technical Recruiter candidates for a position located in Herndon, VAThe client is a government IT solutions provider that supports a wide array of government clientele. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical, cyber, and corporate positions and as well as for proposals.
  • Perform full-cycle recruiting and selection process for assigned positions
  • Build and maintain relationships with coworkers, managers, and company partners
  • Document activities in our Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)
  • Develop a pipeline of candidates through various sourcing techniques (career fairs, online job boards, social networking sites, associations)
  • Answer general questions from candidates regarding benefits, policies, procedures and practices
  • Manage the interview process; communicate expectations, feedback, and status information to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the selection process
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
  • Manage the hiring process by working with the hiring managers and new hire stakeholders
  • Follow-up on a regular and consistent basis with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
  • Maintain company’s professional reputation and confidentiality at all times
  • Perform miscellaneous functions and special projects as assigned
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in technical recruiting
  • Minimum of 3 years recruiting for cleared positions (TS SCI, TS)
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience
  • Clear understanding of the full life cycle recruitment processes
  • Experience using an applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS
