Position Description:
Our client is looking for Recruiter candidates for a position located in Lincoln, Alabama
  • Responsible for recruiting experienced candidates.
  • Conduct candidate interviews; internet research, candidate sourcing for positions of all levels.
  • Possesses experience in using on-line job posting systems, job boards, web sites and other Web-based media to identify potential candidates.
  • Communicate daily with the manufacturing teams on recruiting needs and status update on current opening within a defined area.
  • Conducting interview for internal and external job openings.
  • Responsible for completing all Pre-Hire Offer Work sheet for opening within and outside of the company.
  • Assist associates with logging in the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) and providing feedback following posting throughout the plant floor.
  • Serve as accessible resource; provide insight and feedback on resumes, assessments any other concern with the overall Staffing Process.
  • Cultivate associate relationships, including daily follow-up with support departments throughout the organization.
  • Availability to assist with both staffing and none staffing related concerns with the staffing process.
Bachelor's degree Business Administration/Management, Human Resources or equivalent experience as a professional recruiter
Required Skills:
  • Experience in recruiting professional and technical position in business, engineering and maintenance disciplines using various recruitment resources, including the use of web-based recruiting job boards and searches, Applicant Tracking.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in professional exempt level and maintenance/technical recruiting
  • Experience in recruiting business, engineering and maintenance/technical professionals.
  • Experience with online Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Flexibility to work extra hours when workloads and deadlines require.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Self-starter
  • Adaptable
  • Flexible and creative in dealing with customer and applicants 
  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Flexible to work overtime as needed to support customer
