Position Title: Customer Support Rep / Call Center Experience
Location: Richardson, TX
Work Status: 6 moth Contract to Hire
 POSITION DESCRIPTION: If possible (not a requirement but an added bonus). We have a unique product and call center structure, therefore it would be great if they have prior technical experience. 
Our client is looking for a Customer Support Rep for a position located in Richardson, TX
Job Description
  • Enter quotes and orders quickly and accurately.
  • Identify potential issues with quotes so the dealer is quoting/ ordering the correct product.
  • Answer questions about the product from clients via email and call
  • Document each call in the SR database.
  • Manage warranty replacements, returns, and quality control documentation.
  • Manage and support dealer accounts in a given area and provide an excellent customer service experience.
  • Work as a liaison between other departments, such as accounting, production, and quality control.

  • Great communication skills to handle calls and daily emails

Job Type
  • Full-time: 8am - 5pm, 8:30am – 5:30pm, or  9am – 6pm ( 3 shifts)
Required education
  • High School degree or GED required. Associates degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
Required experience
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Experience working in fast paced and/or high stress environments preferred. Experience in a technical customer service or inside sales, account management or similar role in a manufacturing, building automation, lighting controls, construction, or related environment preferred.
