At Seneca Resources, our comprehensive Account Manager- Sales training program is designed to provide motivated individuals a platform for learning how to become a top producer in the professional services industry.  Over the course of 3 months you will receive one-on-one training by some of the most successful sales executives in the industry. We pride ourselves on promoting from within, and upon completion of our training program you can advance into business development or recruiting.
First 60 days consists of recruiting training and development!
  • Recruiter
    • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
    • Phone Screen and interview quality candidates 
    • Support our Account management team by building a pipeline of quality candidates to submit to our clients 
  • Account Manager Training- Starts in your 3rd month!
    • Continue to Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
    • Phone Screen and interview quality candidates 
    • You will be introduced into our business development process and work with clients on cultivating relationships to generate new leads for recruiting
 Your day-to-day activities will include: prospecting new accounts and contacts via professional networking sites such as LinkedIn and technology forums, setting meetings with key contacts, conducting capabilities presentations, negotiating service agreements, qualifying business opportunities, collaborating with the service delivery team and closing deals.
On Track Earnings (OTEs) for entry level Account Representatives are between $70,000 - $85,000 in the first year and well over $100,000 in the second year.  Experienced individuals should expect to earn higher compensation.
