Senior Business Analyst - Manufacturing who enjoys collaboration, problem solving, system design and being an agent of change.   As a key member of the Building Products Business Technology team,  you will collaborate with manufacturing business representatives and internal and external technology experts to optimize critical business functionality and deliver strategic enhancements.  
Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts to implement, enhance and maintain existing and new applications in support of Building Products (manufacturing)
  • Responsible for collecting and defining  business and functional requirements, configuration/design of requirements, testing, implementation and communication of system changes into the organization
  • Manage relationships with business users, the internal IT development staff and/or software vendors to support application change and stability
  • Collaborate with technology teams, internal and external, to optimize application performance
  • Follow NVR established Project Management Procedures, including approvals, release management, and project updates
  • 5+ years in business analyst role (within a manufacturing discipline highly desired)
  • 2+ years managing relationships with technical development staff, software vendors and integration partners
  • Proficient in technical writing requirements documents (functional / technical), business case/justification documentation, test scripts, etc.
  • Sound knowledge of system design patterns and principles
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills of complex, non-routine issues
  • High-level of customer service and responsiveness
  • Highly proficient with the use of MS Office Suite, as well as reporting & analysis tools
Nice to Haves
  • Knowledge of residential construction or supply chain management processes
  • Project Management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree  in, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or other related area of study preferred
