  • Collaborate with sales management on the execution of a territory development plan
  • Identify and develop a client base through electronic, phone and referral-based marketing programs
  • Conduct corporate capabilities presentations with prospective clients
  • Qualify business opportunities based on a set of predetermined criteria
  • Communicate business opportunities with recruiting staff
  • Present qualified candidates to clients
  • Negotiate services agreements and employment offers
  • Manage client and contractor relationships
  • Must Haves:

  • Nice to Have:
    • Prior sales experience (staffing industry preferred)
    • Experience with CRM or ATS systems
    • Prior account management or customer service experience
    • Prior technical recruiting experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree
  • First year OTEs of $100K+ (based on experience)
