Your future duties and responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for directing and supervising support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities, and for managing the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation and testing in accordance with project objectives by using our Client's program management tools to manage project work plans, issues, risks, and dependencies.

In addition, you will be producing status reports and conducting status meetings, and will facilitate issue resolution and risk management sessions directly with our Client.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
The candidate should have extensive knowledge in IT infrastructure and deep understanding of computer server, storage, network, monitoring, security services. Infrastructure and Desktop Deployment experience with Project Management. PMP/ITIL Certification desired.

1) Excellent planning skills using industry planning applications (i.e. Microsoft project)
2) 5-7+ years of relevant PM experience in IT consulting role
3) Proficiency with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) desired.
4) Strong written and spoken communication, presentation, client facing and relationship building skills.
5) Ability to resolve highly complex technical issues and complex projects.
6) Ability to manage, coordinate, guide a project team of technical professionals, and ability to work well with senior management.
7) Outstanding leadership skills and strong attention to detail.
8) A four year Bachelor's degree in a related field
9) Microsoft Project Server experience strongly desired.
10) Must be comfortable in presenting to C-suite executives

Strong knowledge of SharePoint Architecture, Object Model, Shared Services, SharePoint Templates and SharePoint Features
• Familiarity with SharePoint design and development using Visual Studio and Sharepoint Designer
• Knowledge of C# and the .Net Framework
• Experience with web development, including XHTML, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, CSS, DOM, XML and XSLT
• Experience building custom solutions in SharePoint 2010, including Web
• Experience with MSFT Team Foundation Services and working in a .NET development environment
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• SharePoint development/design expertise

Microsoft Project server and project management experience will be advantageous
3-5 years (Mid level) and 5+ years (Sr level) of similar work experience
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
