Our client is looking for Customer Service Specialist candidates for a position located in Richmond, VA. The client is a non-profit organization that offers various housing assistance opportunities. They are looking for a candidate to enjoy their fun and personable environment.
 
Required Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent
 
Required Skills:
  • Manage large number of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
  • Keep records of all conversations in our servicing system in a comprehensible way
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
 
Desired Skills:
  • Billingual in English and Spanish
  • Mortgage Experience
