Pay: negotiable
Shift: Monday – Friday (8am to 5pm)
The Litigation Support Analyst assists and supports the project and case teams with maximizing the use of litigation support tools and applications. Provides technical support in database loading, image management, database design and production for a suite of litigation/practice system tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the technology, process and production of documents for Litigation/Discovery.
  • Problem Solving: an ability to solve practical problems where only limited standardization and/or specific direction exists.
  • Communication: ability to effectively present and communicate information to management, employees, clients and other outside parties.
  • Strong client services skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to work on simultaneous multiple projects both as a member of a team and independently.
Technical Skills and Experience:
  • Intermediate to expert working knowledge in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Expert proficiency in litigation management software such as Ringtail, Relativity, or other software.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases.
