Pay: 16-21 hr
  1. Act as the primary interface with national account customers. 
  2. Attend and prepare for weekly meetings with Account Coordinator Lead.
  3. Participate in training designed to improve industry knowledge and overall skills required of the position.
  4. Lead the on-boarding process for a new national account customer. 
  5. Audit and validate that national account customer administrative needs are being met. 
  6. Assist in scheduling and assigning work orders and service requests to appropriate office and or partner. Follow up to make sure work is completed in a timely manner to customers’ satisfaction. 
  7. Assist in processing invoices to customers and assist the district Service Administrators in following-up on service requests for national account customers.
  8. Review and follow up on additional repair quotes and proposals.
  9. Work directly with service office to make sure national account customers questions are being answered.
  10. Support the sales efforts of the national account managers.
Qualified candidates must possess excellent computer skills, in particular Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point).  Customer oriented, available for customer and/or employee support 24-7.  Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and collaborate with internal and external parties.
