  1. Performs HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance
  2. Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions.
  3. Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.
  4. Respond to Verification of Employments and Reference Checks.
  5. Provides clerical and operational support to other human resource staff.
  6. Assist with compensation and benefits administration and record keeping for both functions.
  7. Assist with the planning and execution of company functions including board meetings and employee engagement outings.
  8. Compile and maintain reports and spreadsheets.
  9. Assist with job postings and attending job fairs.
  10. Conduct exit interviews.
  11. Keep organized, accurate and confidential records.
  12. Assist with enrollment into the apprentice program.
