Position Description:
Our client is looking for Account Manager Assistant candidates for a position located in Birmingham, AL.  Administrative Services provides support services to the team as they complete their work. The Administrative Support Assistant handles administrative duties for accounts, including follow-ups with customers. The main objective of an assistant account manager is to provide day-to-day support to other account managers and senior account executives.
  • Increase managers’ productivity;
  • Serves as a point of contact for projects to which they are assigned, managing daily operations for these specific customers, programs, and products.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities also include management and administration tasks related to customer questions, in addition to acting as a liaison between the sales team and the customers.
  • Provides scheduling support;
  • Complete administrative processes;
  • Prepare and organize documents for client proposals and presentations as needed (contract tracking, printing, organizing and archiving meeting / support materials);
  • Address problems and troubleshoot with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Handle special projects with demanding deadlines;
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Required Skills:
  • Any relevant work experience as an Marketing/Sales/Administrative/Executive Assistant, preferably in a professional environment or internship;
  • Computer fluency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook;
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are a must.
  • Must possess exceptional time-management skills, strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Proactive self-starter with ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Experience working both independently and with a team in a demanding environment;
