Position Title: Compensation Analyst
Location: Birmingham, AL
Position Status: 6 Month Contract to Perm
Position Description:
Our client is a large enterprise looking for HR Compensation Analyst candidates for a position located in the Lincoln, AL Area.
Required Skills:
  • HR Generalist background.  Excellent customer service skills.  Ability to complete task (analytical) with minimal supervision. Office skills to include Power Point, Word, Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel skills.
  • Initiate external and Internal offers for Staffing as required, Annual Exempt Merit Process,  Annual Bonus Process, NE compensation planning, Equity/market analysis, NE Lump Sum process,  Generate communications to employees relating to compensation activities. Growth promotion offers, Compensation Budget planning, Engineering Wage Progression Program database and PS entry.
  • Job Analysis and Maintain Eprism Database, assist with compensation projects and assignments
