Position Title: CMOS Subject Matter Expert
Location: Montgomery, AL
Position Status: Contract to hire
 
Position Description:
  •  Provides technical, managerial, and administrative subject matter expertise regarding unique system requirements for implementation and training of the Cargo Movement Operations System (CMOS).
 Required:
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have a minimum of an active Secret Clearance
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in cargo movement transportation processes.

Desired Skills:
  • Perform all functional analyst duties in accordance with the CMMI Process. 
  • Assist in the development of software test documents and perform system testing during development of new software releases.
  • Provide level II help desk support to the end users of CMOS.
  • Provide monthly status reports and support documentation. 
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Provide a single point of contact for Cargo Moverment Operations System (CMOS) end-users to receive support and maintenance within the operating environment.
  • Develop lesson plans and teach CMOS classes to end users.
  • Asssit in the development of training plans, training schedules, user guides, implementation schedules, and site surveys.
  • Travel world-wide in support of implementation and/or training on CMOS unique system requirements.
