Shift: Monday – Friday (8am to 5pm) 
SUMMARY: Overall responsibility for establishing, coordinating, and managing service field activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Support national account CSRs with technical issues.
  • Support national account managers with RFP pricing and partner inspection & service pricing.
  • Work with national account organization to develop capital planning programs and initiatives.
  • Review and/or price repair, inspection, service, and all-day work projects in accordance with FLSA’s tiered pricing structure.
  • Perform high level project and/or program management for capital projects.      
  • Support and grown national partner network. Duties include targeting new partners, negotiating rates, process training and maintaining relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with FLSA offices and partners.
  • Must have the technical knowledge to quote and review technical service proposals.  
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 10 years of service related field, operations or related experience. Ability to motivate field teams to meet and exceed project schedules. Possesses strong leadership and communication skills.
EDUCATION: High School, GED, or equivalent experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to speak and write clearly. Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers and customers.  
LICENSES: A valid driver’s license is required.
