Key Role:
Apply knowledge of Cybersecurity and privacy analysis and consulting to the security assessment and compliance life cycle process. Maintain responsibility for analyzing and finalizing Cybersecurity and privacy policies, programs, and compliance artifacts or standards for government and industry security compliance, systems accreditation, and management. Analyze the documentation, validation, and accreditation processes necessary to ensure systems meet security and privacy requirements. Assess the effectiveness of an organization’s IT security and privacy training program, including conducting social engineering exercises to ensure training remains consistent with current Cybersecurity and privacy threats and policies and assist with achieving full compliance with any or all laws and regulations. Provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed.
 
Basic Qualifications:
-12+ years of experience with certification and accreditation in RMF and DIACAP
-Experience with assessing and validating controls 
-Experience with DoD, FIPS, and NIST documentation, including DoDI 85100.10, OMBA–130, FISMA, NIST SP 800–37, and NIST SP 800–53
-Experience with working in a DoD environment
-Knowledge of continuous monitoring
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
-8570.01–M IAM DoD Level III Certification
 
Additional Qualifications:
-Top Secret clearance preferred
