Our client is looking for Office Assistant candidates for a position located in Birmingham, Alabama
  • Management of office equipment
  • Handling external or internal communication
  • Managing clerical or other administrative staff
  • Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Scheduling job interviews
  • Ticketing and invoicing
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
  • Strong experience with oral and written communication, word processing and dealing with email and telephone inquiries.
