As our technical IT Administrator, you will have the overall responsibility for internal IT systems, cyber security, and program focused IT solutions. You will be responsible for providing IT support, setting technical direction for our IT infrastructure, managing outsourced IT resources and vendor contracts, and developing and implementing internal IT strategy to support our growth. In your role, you will be required to be hands-on in managing, maintaining, and deploying IT systems (i.e. you perform server configuration, provide technical troubleshooting, install and implement new systems, etc..). This role is dynamic which will require you to roll up your sleeves to perform technical work while also being able to manage vendors and implement processes and procedures.
