My client is looking for an experience IT PM to help lead an overhaul of the company website. Experience with multiple website refresh projects is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring Quality
  • Develop, communicate, update and execute project plans.
  • Supervise assigned project staff.
  • Supervise development of systems design and program code to specifications.
  • Maintain productive working relationships with end-users and other IT functions
  • Create and maintain all project documentation to include Sponsor updates, dashboard updates, project plans, risk registers, etc.
  • Manages, monitors, and coordinates IT and business projects.
  • Reports on project progress with the project management tools.
  • Monitors project resource allocations.
  • Performs special projects upon request.
  • Provides consultation and assistance with project management.
  • Requires analysis, gathering of facts, and preliminary study of project information.
  • Ensure scope is documented and all involved processes are documented end-to-end. 
Knowledge/Skills Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Five or more years of hands-on project management experience
  • Proficiency in project planning, organizing, team motivation and delegation.
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Team player with the ability to manage others through teamwork.
  • Goal/results oriented, self-directed and needs little direction.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines in an ever-changing environment.
