The Marketing Strategy Analytics, Senior Analyst will be responsible for delivering actionable reporting and insights that help the organization:
  • Understand the performance of existing marketing strategies.
  • Optimize and improve existing marketing strategies.
  • This individual will be a leader within the Digital team, informing, persuading, influencing, and supporting consumer-driven online initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct research/gather and track data internally, utilizing in-depth knowledge of business and marketing channels, to understand performance of existing marketing channels.
  • Analyze data and translate test results into clear and actionable business insights for the Marketing department.
  • Partner with marketing strategists and stakeholders throughout the organization to guide and consult on strategy development and prioritization.
  • Strong analytical thinker with a proven track record of providing actionable insights and clear strategic direction.
  • Proficient with reporting and analytics tools, with experience or in-depth knowledge of the following preferred:
  • Adobe Analytics/Site Catalyst (strongly preferred)
  • Tableau Business Intelligence tool or other similar tools
  • Statistical Analysis Software
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate through written reports and oral presentations with all levels of management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to play a leadership role in a cross-functional team.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience/Proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and SQL required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Mathematical Skills:
·        Experience with advanced quantitative analytical techniques
·        Basic knowledge of statistics, advanced knowledge/coursework a plus
