Position Title: HR Generalist/ADP Controller
Location: Dallas, TX
Clearance Requirements: none
Position Status: 3-6 month contract with potential to go perm
Position Description:
Our client is looking for ADP Controller candidates for a position located in Dallas, TXClient is seeking someone with a strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now to assist with the move to the newest version of ADP. Knowledge of Version 12 would be a huge plus.
  • Act in a leadership role in HR system related implementations, which may include researching options, developing the business case, managing the project plan, status reporting to stakeholders, organizing meetings to advance projects, creating and conducting unit and user acceptance testing, developing and conducting training to impacted users and coordinating deployment strategy and reporting on project metrics/return on investment
  • Research, assess and provide consultation for new solutions, improvements, and/or enhancements to existing company or HR related processes and procedures via the use of technology
  • Monitor and review system upgrades and releases to determine overall business impact, conduct regression testing and make recommendations for future enhancements/functionality
  • Generate and analyze reports for special projects on a wide variety of issues for assisting management with decision-making and legal reporting.  Generally, these tasks would be done using mathematics, percentages, ratios, spreadsheets, relational databases, etc.
