Position Description:
Our client is looking for an experience Program Manager with USCIS experience for a direct hire position located in Arlington, VA with a large government solutions provider. The program manager will work on large contracts supporting FOSS on a newly awarded 5 year contract. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
Our client is seeking candidates to fill the position of Program Manager to support our potential operations in support of the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS).  The contract will provide services at 30 USCIS Field Offices and 9 Asylum Offices as well as the USCIS Fraud Detection and National Security (FDNS) Directorate in those locations. 
Provided services include the functions of:
  • Correspondence management
  • File operations and maintenance
  • Data reviews and updates
  • Interview scheduling
  • Certificate preparation and production
  • Ceremony support
  • Interview preparation (organizing casework)
  • File retrieval and maintenance.
Minimum/General Experience: At a minimum, the contractor PM will have no less than six (6)years of overall project management experience within the last 10 years. At least three (3) years of the overall project management experience will be in the Federal Government contracts environment. The PM shall have demonstrated experience in managing complex, high dollar programs, projects and/or contracts ($30 million or more annually); and will have demonstrated experience in meeting deadlines and coordinating the planning and implementation of project activities and resources using demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and problem-solving abilities. The PM shall have demonstrated experience in preparing complex statistical and analytical reports.
Minimum Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Program Management, Business or Public Administration, Technical Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance/Accounting or related fields. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required in addition to the above-mentioned education requirements.
