Position Title: Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk
Location: Dallas, TX
Position Status: 6 months Contract to Hire

Position Description:
  • Knowledge of Full cycle AP
  • Knowledge of general ledger chart of accounts
  • Working with multiple subsidiaries
  • Knowledge of expenses and Fixed Assets 
  • Maintain proper support documentation for the accounts payable such as ensuring all invoices, expense reports, payment information, approvals and any other support documentation is scanned into NetSuite daily
  • Codes invoices according to company procedures for the completeness and accuracy of data.
  • Matches purchase order and project numbers to invoices were appropriate
  • Reviews invoices and statements to ensure that all invoices are paid.  Follows-up with vendors and company employees on missing documentation or discrepancies
  • Verifies invoice due date to ensure for the timely processing of invoices
  • Generate payments to assign entities once a week and ensure all approvals are met.  Compiles and summarizes information into Invoice aging spreadsheet for approval
