Basic Purpose/Objective of the Position: 
This position is aligned to support the ongoing needs of the Accounting/Finance and IT organization through the integration of SAP as a cross-functional team member.
  • Responsible for the overall standards and direction of business architecture in the business domain
  • Create and maintain business architecture governance and framework
  • Allocate resource capacity to tight activities and plan for additional resources required to meet demand
  • Prioritize incidents, projects and other demands on Cross Functional Team
  • Coordinate delivery of internal/outsources projects from project initiation to operations
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget
  • 5-7+ years of Accounting, Finance and/or Financial System Modernization experience
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Information Technology
  • Clear understanding of business architecture standards and polices
  • Clear understanding of end to end business domain
  • Functional knowledge of SAP and related financial systems
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Experience of managing relationships with internal business customers  
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage agile and non-agile projects
  • Good insurance accounting experience
Desired Knowledge/Skills/Ability/Education:
  • Advance degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Information Technology
  • SAP Solution design experience
  • Understanding of existing SAP environment
  • SAP deployment schedule management
  • SAP ERP modules: Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Asset Accounting (AA)
