Position Title: Operations Support Assistant

Location: Lincoln, AL

Position Status: Full-time

 

Position Description:

Our client is seeking Operations Support Assistant candidates for a position in the manufacturing industry located in Lincoln, AL.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support of Delivery Team
  • Calling/following up with Suppliers
  • Creating and issuing orders
  • Tracking shipments
  • Creating parameters
  • Work with carriers on expedited shipments
  • Create reports in Excel/PowerPoint
  • Ordering in-house components for supplier evaluations
  • Coordinate component delivery timing with internal departments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Ability to understand reports
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions
  • General professionalism
  • Self-starter
