Technical Support Analyst
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to install, maintain and repair equipment without interfering with the activities of customers
- Experience with LAN/WAN systems
- Similar to a desktop technician role but with networking experience
- Experience with solarwinds (the product they use)
- Port configuration experience with Switches
- Cisco router and switch experience (881 device)
- Intrusive testing on switches (t1 test)
- Ability to determine where the latency issues are coming from
- Ability to identify packet loss and over usage
- Ability to explain how to long into a switch
- Experience with putty
- Familiar with configuring a port thru VLAN
They service 755 hospitals across the country. They go from resetting a password all the way up to setting up VoIP and building server, configure virtual servers.
