Position Title: Help Desk Analyst
Location: Norcross, GA
Position Status: Contract to Hire


Position Description:
Our client is looking for Help Desk Analyst candidates for a position located in Norcross, GA.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical (Proprietary Software support that they will learn once onboarded – TAMS “Total Automotive Management System” & RPM “Real Time Parts Management”)
  • Hardware Support, and business unit support such as accounting, time sheets, inventory
 
Skills:
  • Five9 Call Center phone software
  • ServiceNow Ticketing System
  • Linux/Unix
  • SQL
  • POS experience is a plus as well (NCR, Home Depot, Chick-fil-A…etc)
