Lead large multi-million technology services program to deliver cybersecurity-related continuous monitoring capabilities to multiple federal agencies.
Champion innovation and change in cybersecurity capabilities and related risk management activities with stakeholder agencies.
Lead large, diverse team (100-200+ personnel) to deliver technology/cyber-related services and implement new or enhanced continuous monitoring tools and capabilities.
Primary point of contact with DHS and GSA on all program matters.
Responsible for achieving program financial goals and managing costs and performance effectively to achieve award fees.
Extensive experience in managing large, complex federal contracts (e.g., IDIQs, BPAs) for technical services with multiple task orders; should include experience managing award fee contracts.
Background in cybersecurity, managed technology services, and/or cloud services.
Management experience providing technical advice and organizing, planning, directing, and managing large team (100+ personnel with a mix of employees and subcontractors) with a variety of labor categories and skills to ensure goals and objectives are achieved in a timely and quality manner.
Extensive experience in risk management, issue identification and resolution/problem-solving.
Strong customer service experience dealing with diverse customer set.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills with ability to successfully navigate dynamics (e.g., politics, culture, etc.) of federal government-related work.
Ability to effectively troubleshoot/pivot under potentially challenging circumstances as needed; solution-oriented.
Active/Current PMI PMP or PgMP Certification.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Systems Architect.
Top Secret Clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain DHS suitability clearance.
Knowledge of system architectures, networks, and technology operations.
Experience managing DHS programs a significant plus.
