Position Summary: 
Serves as the owner of the Directory Services Online Directory Listing portal as part of the Managed Directory Listings product suite. Also provides Product and analytical support for Current and New Initiatives for the Caller ID product suite as well as the Fraud and Risk products.  The Technical Project Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Data Integration and Transformation.  She/he will work across multiple teams to support both the Online Directory Listing Portal, the CallerID group as well as the Fraud and Risk group.  This will involve a deep understanding of those products and how they operate. In addition it requires an analysis of multiple databases across the spectrum of this company's Services.  He/She will also be involved with working with product groups to bring their data onto the OneID platform in an automated, consistent and fully updated basis. 
She/he requires strong project management skills and a solid understanding of the systems involved with project management.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Overall management of Directory Services Online portal including but not limited to monitoring on a daily basis the health of the platform, designing and coordinating with customer and with the internal product and support teams the resolution of any system or database issues with the platform
  • Maintain data consistency across Multiple Platforms on a daily and monthly update basis
  • Migrate support of Platforms to offshore internal management
  • Build and manage transition of Customer Intelligence platform to the Online Platform.  This will require working with multiple groups including the customer, the outside vendor, and data integration and management teams to integrate data into the platform and work with the Dev Ops teams to test the new system and set up automated processes to maintain the data flow and the ongoing system performance.
  • Support current and new customer onboarding for Online Directory Listing portal coordinating with Vender for UI changes, data implementation, customer support setup and billing
  • Quality management
Issue/Risk/Scope Management:
  • Proactively identify, manage, and resolve issues/risks, escalating to product  leadership as appropriate
  • Identify and manage bottlenecks in the process to improve throughput and to automate
  • Ensure scope control process is followed and impacts are identified and tested in a pre-production environment
  • Data Analytics and analysis in support of CallerID, Fraud and Risk, Customer Intelligence, and Data and Analytics
  • Work across Data and Analytics team to Onboard data into the OneID Platform
  • Coordinate integration of new datasets into both the OneID Platform as well as the Edge services
  • Respond to direct customer and sales inquiries relative to CallerID Fraud and Risk and Customer Intelligence
  • Overall management of Robocalling dataflow
  • Data Analytics for Caller ID Fraud and Risk and Data and Analytics
Education, Experience, and Skill Preferences:
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Project/Release Management 
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience
  • MBA preferred with related analytical specialization in analytics including finance, information technology etc.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Data Analytics background
  • Experience with aspects of Directory service, numbering, CallerID
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, Product and R&D to ensure successful integration and maintenance of platforms serving customers
  • Ability to analyze and identify complex operational and technical issues 
  • Technical understanding of developed solution to facilitate project problem resolution and quality management
  • Project planning and tracking skills
  • High degree of communication skills
  • Leadership skills to effectively lead and motivate a team of peers
