Position Status: Contract
Position Description:
Our client is looking for Administrative Assistant candidates for a position located in Birmingham, AL.  This company is a leading provider of quality healthcare in the correctional industry. The ideal candidate is an extremely competent communicator and is organized and detail oriented. The candidate will be a master of time management and be skilled at handling multiple projects at once.
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Take dictation
  • Research and create presentations
  • Generate reports
